Bad customer service

-No communication for a over a week. -No replies on there what's app number. -No calls backs done even after requesting countless times. -Line drops while speaking to an agent and they won't have the decency to call back. -Eventually I get a call back after I requested to speak to a manager - Sadly it was an agent pretending to be a manager. After complaining another agent pretended to be manager called me back. Than another agent also calls to pretend to be an agent and has no idea what the issue is and wants me to explain evening over again. He even offered me his personal number, that's how I know his not a manager. Their customer service is pathetic and they think we are fools!
