Bad connection

Really bad customer service, and the connection, well it works when it works, but very high latency at night, LOCALLY ... What's beyond me, is the fact that the tests and screenshots they get from me, show exactly where the problem is, but hey, it's fine for a local server in JHB to have avg 300ms latency i guess, this is on 100mb fibre btw, cannot wait to move ISP January. 3 Years I have been a customer with HC, and VERY little effort from them with issues. Have spoken to a few consultants over the years, some of them tried really hard (I assume), but feel that the quality of the connection is just not what it's suppose to be, I need quality, not speed, get that ???
