Awesome Servoce fro Shanon the Consultant at Home Connect

After all my strugles and proving that I had reasons to be concerned a Consultant at Home Connect by the name of Shanon. I managed to get all issues resolved. She actually listened to me and addressed all of my queries to satisfaction. Because of her I have decided toto keep my fiber with Home Connect. And will recommend them to other users.
