Awesome customer service and feedback

I would like to recommend if you looking for a Fiber ISP go with Home-Connect, I have now had the opportunity to use them with 2 fiber service providers, and while I have not had the best experience with the fiber providers, Home-Connect has made the experience a very pleasant switch over. I would like to make special mention of Sheruna Gafoor who not only contacted me within 30 mins of the box being installed but also went out of her way to let me know my router was on its way, that I couldn't use the old router as routers get assigned to lines and providers but held my hand the whole way, nothing was too much for her (and I am assuming its a lady, therefore if a gentleman I do apologies), even to the point of letting me know that support could help me on the phone and hold my hand through the setup! Well done Home-Connect as not many companies over such good customer service after they have signed you up!!!
