Avoid this ISP

Please if you read this, believe me, you will regret using Home-connect.

Honestly this might be one of the worst ISPs I have dealt with, barring only Telkom. I frequently encounter slow downs. The support staff while friendly, never follow up when they say they will. To make matters worse they often contradict themselves, one person telling me that an issue cannot be resolved until the folllowing day, but another immediately fixing the problem.
