At first, the initial installation was done great... by zoom Fibre. However, the service from HOME CONNECT itself is pathetic, my internet has now been down for over 24 hours. I have not received any help or assistance what's so ever. It's not even a month that I'm with them and my internet is now already down for over 24hours. Yes ... cheap internet service provider, but I guess you get what you pay for... don't be fooled by prices people. You rather go with a big established company and pay more and always have internet without problems!
