As new applicant my experience with home connect and there agents was absolutely excellent and friendly, speedy processing I was informed of the procedure every step of the way with feedback via email Wats app and telephonically. what amazed me was I explained in detail about fibre wifi,billing and etc.and I rate them 5 star for a service provider.even the lady I spoke to over the weekends i didnt get her name she handled my queries promptly and efficiently......keep up the good service home connect.
