Another ISP - Can they deliver?

So far i am not happy with the service i only signed up yesterday after getting the sms that i will be contacted shortly that was at 10:41 yesterday, till today i got no further communication until i called them now at 12:50 to find out what is the next step who will contact me between them and open serve and what is the ETA for the router and connection.

Imagine barely 24 hours later....i will give you guys some room i dont want to be unfair but a clear communication would go a long way i need to know when such a crucial service will be installed that way i can at-least make alternative arrangements while i wait.
