ANDY MDLULI - you are a life saver. i moved homes in December for about a week i struggled on with my home connect being sorted out. i spoke to several support agents and spent most of my time on the line with but no one could help me... until Andy called, i wasn't very pleasant at first as i had been very frustrated with the situation. he calmed me down and told me that he was he last person that i will speak to.. and from there he just was able to do a few phone calls and guided me through the process. before i knew it i was up and running with my WIFI... i am so grateful to Andy for his knowledge and experience really impressed with the service received. WELL DONE as no agent done what you have done Andy.
