*********** and unprofessional consultants

I'm highly disappointed with the kind of service I've received from home connect. I think that the Home Connect consultants are very *********** and inexperienced and that most of them work from home. I've spoken to Sisanda, Rhulani, Nomzamo, Rendani. We have an amount missing because they changed our Easypay number. But they all seem clueless it's pointless to speak to them.same thing we've been paying our account over the easy pay these changed the number they don't want to admit it because they don't know how to locate them money.
