An end to end type of customer service from Nhlanhla Nomiya, I was ready to cancel my application with Home-connect but he was able to resolve my query after almost 3weeks of complaining and getting no resolution
An end to end type of customer service from Nhlanhla Nomiya, I was ready to cancel my application with Home-connect but he was able to resolve my query after almost 3weeks of complaining and getting no resolution. He followed up with Zoom fibre and made sure he updates me throughout the process. He's definitely turned a complaint into a compliment, he's a gem and asset to your company.
