Amount deducted with out my permission.

Home connect usually deducted on the 15th of every month that was the agreement and I have never changed it. On the 1st of Sept they deducted again with out my permission and it is against PASA Rules. I am very annoyed and dissatisfied with their service. The amount went off my account is the amount that I did not budget for.
