Amazing Turnaround Time

At roughly 12:30 today we had an "incident" involving our pet resulted in the fiber cable (leading into our home) being damaged. I reported the incident to Home Connect shortly after realizing it it will need someone with expertise. Just before 14:00 the OpenServe technician arrived and by 15:00 all the issues were resolved. Simply sublime! Thanks a lot!
