Amazing Service, Amazing Internet, Amazing attitude

Absolutely amazing, well I have had mine for almost 4 months already, I have had no problem whatsoever with Home-Connect, they are there to help and assist you from the moment they pick up the phone until they say good bye, friendly service all the way, from the time I spoke to William, which guided me to home-connect as they have good service and great turn around time, I was originally thinking of going with Telkom them I heard people are still waiting for the line to be installed and sitting with the router, which you all know it is useless. William at that was the sales rep to the time, also gave me great service and made sure that everything was going as planned, he phoned me to see the progress.... He then got vumatel to come out to install the line and guided me through what would be happening and what to expect as this was the first time me getting internet into my house. Was blow away from all the customer service from the beginning to the couriering of my router right at the end, was completely in awe.. I got the 20/2 line, as I teach from home and need a good speed, to my surprise I need a faster upload speed and decide to take the 50/5 thought this would have been an issue, as I had only had been with them for like 4 days, I phoned them and as I said previously they are happy to help... Got in touch with the accounts department where I spoke to Martha she had the utter most respect and was eager to help me as well as the call center department. A request was sent through to upgrade (bare in mind they would call after hours to help me) ,anyways it took about a day and a half and I was on a faster line, this is what customer service is... Going the extra mile even when it's time for you to got home you still make the client happy.. Point of this is that Home-Connect is a great internet SP..

I wouldnt ask for more, that you once again to all the staff and the people that had helped me with my internet you absolutely amazing...
