Amazing customer service, great internet

This is my second time using this service. First was my sign up process. Now that I’ve received the router, a tech novice that I am, I had no clue what to do. Home Connect included clear instructions but my router still wouldn’t work. I phoned in and after loads of patience, trouble-shooting and double checking, Nkosikhona finally figured out that my complex needed me to use a different slot on their wall thingie. Wow! I’m so impressed with his customer service because even though I was ready to give up Nkosikhona made sure that I was connected in time for my meetings. Truly amazing customer service and I’m really grateful!! My fibre works great, it’s fast, reliable and I’m really pleased with Home Connect so far
