Agents missing in Action

You would swear today that all the agents were on holiday somewhere, or hosting a team-building. There are no responses, their network is down (I don't know if I should blame Openserve), and you have to deal with it. My experience with Home-connect and Frogfoot was pleasant, but since I changed addresses and now use Openserve, I've been having numerous network outages.
