After months of ********** service from WebAfrica I searched for weeks until I came across home-connect. Their service is quick, efficient and so easy to track. They communicate beautifully via phone calls as well as emails. The customer service I received from their staff was amazing!! They had the technicians from Vumatel there within days of my approval and in the span of 1 week from application we were up and connected. The little welcome emails and letters are an added touch that just makes their service that bit more special! Clear instructions so there is nothing that isn't understood. I also really love the router they sent. I literally plugged it in, switched it on and we were ready to connect! Thank you so much!!
