After a long and frustrating cry for help with connectivity, a true princess gave me a call. Her name is Princess Nyauza, true to her name, and she was so kind and patient with me even to my angry outbursts. She did what one Nomthandazo from Home-Connect failed dismally to do, a simple customer service. Thank you Princess, and may you continue helping other desperate customers out there. As for Nomthandazo, please take her for a crash course in dealing with CUSTOMERS. Shout out to you Princess💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
