Advertised speed a farce

Don't bother with this service provider!!! Since day one upon signing with them there was no communication regarding the router they were supposed to supply. Be that as it may I spent the best part of a week with numerous calls and emails trying to get someone to assist in connecting using my own router. Once connected speed seemed fine 100/100 up/down however has dwindled to less than 5mbps!!! Tried logging a fault/emailing via the app x 3 and to their email address x 2 as well as to no avail. An automated email response came through informing me that a ticket was logged and someone will attend to it. Three days down the line, absolutely no response whatsoever!!!!
