Activation was promised to be 24 to 72 hrs

Activation was promised to be 24 to 72 hrs. We went way past that by over 2 weeks.Daily checking on the what's app platform yielded no positive results.My patience was tested to the limit, it's only today that I received the router.For a first time customer the first impressions were not pleasant ,I hope the connectivity will change my impressions. ONE more issue the option on the what's up platform of using (*) to expecting live chat with agent always comes back with invalid response.That option never worked for me.Please check that algorithm.
