Accounts department is useless!

Unbelievable how they are easy to suspend your connection after an unexpected payment failure. But extremely difficult to get a hold of an accounts representative to fix the mistake.

I have been phoning since the unexpected failure and still was not able to get a hold of accounts.

So now my connection is suspended and I still have not heard from any person regarding my issue. Sure they say they will get back to me but they can never put their money where their mouth is.

So thanks to their outstanding service on how they DO NOT GET BACK TO YOU. I will never suggest them to any body again.
