Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Initially it started out very good when i did my 1st installation with them. Hardly had any problems. The problem started when i relocated to a new address. I did the all the necessary steps to make sure that the change of location was done as swiftly as possible from my end before i had to move. About a week after i eventually moved, i had to phone them multiple times to ask when the installation will be done at my new address. Another week had passed after zoom did the installation, but still no internet. Definitely looking for another ISP after this. Stay away from home connect
