Absolutely no support, query still unresolved after 1 month

I am this as i am so desperate to get help,

I have been logging calls, sending emails, sending pictures, whatsapping, but no one seems to be able to help me,

Below is a summary of my attempts to get assistance, but still my simple query is not resolved:

Contacted Bruno Manyani 4th October - sent him pictures as requested Followed up on 15th October - no response Followed up on 19th October - no response

Logged a support ticket on the following days: 9 October (no assistance) 18 October (no assistance) 19 October (no assistance)

Sent an email to support 29 October Followed up on 03 November - No response

Contacted Whatsapp support 10 October 29 October 30 October 31 October 03 November 04 November

All the above, there have been some responses and requests from me to do speed checks etc. but still no resolution and absolutely no feedback,

I am more than happy to supply you with screenshots and emails of all the above,
