ABSOLUTE PATHETIC SERVICE FROM STAFF & ACCOUNTS DEPARMENT!

The service is absolutely pathetic. I have been struggling for 2 months to get my money back from these people. They were quick to threaten me to cut my internet connection if I didn't pay the pro rata amount, I immediately paid the amount & sent the proof of payment to their accounts department. The following month they debited my account & the pro rata amount again. Up until now I am struggling to get my money refunded, after countless emails & phone calls, the staff is completely useless, namely Monica Mohlabing, Kyle Govender, Nerveel & their accounts department.
