A VERY RARE EXPERIENCE

Something very, very rare happened to me this week...….I for the first time in many years experienced superb, outstanding customer service from Robyn Cammell of Home-Connect who talked me through the entire process of signing up and fully explained each step of the process as well as helping me with the issues I was unsure of and with all this she was exceptionally polite and I felt she really cared about what I wanted and about what I was not sure of. A very rare experience indeed and I just thank you so much Robyn Cammell for looking after me as you did, I am sure you will go far if not in your current organization, then in whichever one you want to be with.
