A number of consultants have tried to assist in this query but it has not been easy. A lady by the name of Kama was very helpful and diligent and she followed up consistently. But this being a call-center, one never manages to connect with the same person twice; however today, I was assisted by Jay-Dene during call ref 559901: I cannot praise this lady’s work ethic enough - it is commendable that she could still remain calm, pleasant and courteous, especially after dropped call and all the back and forth at my end, associated with a new application. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable - she did not once make me feel that I was being a burden with my lack of know-how from the login process right through to the completion of the application.
