5 weeks waiting for installation

I app**** for Fibre on 2 December 2020 and MetroFibre installed the Fibre and ONT device on 17 December, I was told it will take 24 - 48 hours for metro fibre to confirm with them. Since then I haven't had any communication from them. When I follow up they keep saying "We escalated to MFN to push for installation" and activate my line. They have the worse service ever.
