5 stars for these two individuals Londiwe and Khulekani, very patient and helpful individuals and 1 start to home-connect, the company. Londiwe helped me follow up on my replacement router request and made sure it was sent to me after waiting days for it. Khulekani helped me configure my own router and we were laughing through the frustrations the system was handing us but he helped me get it done eventually. I don't wish for future issues but should they come up then I hope I get helped by them again. Wonderful service guys, you're the best.
