Sthembiso was very patient and helpful with a problem I had with my fiber connection. I was quite frustrated and he was very professional and managed to calm me down and we were able to get it fixed through his clear instructions.

Unfortunately, I had the same issue again a day after due to loadshedding and I tried fixing it the way we had fixed it with him and it has been doing the trick. 5 STARS for him🌟
