3Weeks and still no fibre installation

Initially signed up for fibre online. Thereafter was told it takes 2-3 weeks to get connected which was not advised upon signup. It has now been 3 weeks from signup amd all I get is emails stating they are still going to connect. Tried following up on on their Whatsapp platform. No agents available...
