2nd Times' the charm

This was my second call to Home Connect in less than a week, seeking a resolution to the same problem. I am happy I did though. My call was answered by Mpumi Nkosi and she was more than capable of troubleshooting and solving my problem. Wonderful telephone manner and knowledge and more than deserving of all appraisal.
