1Mbps on a 100Mbps fibre link

Home-Connect sold me a 100Mbps connection but I'm only getting speeds of 1-2Mbps! Logging a call with them is like talking to a stone, nobody gives a damn but they will ensure that they collect the full premium of 100Mpbs link even though they cannot deliver the performance! I truly regret the day I chose this ISP because even during the ordering process they NEVER gave an update for an entire month! You can log calls all you want with Home-Connect they will simply ignore you!
