100/5 Stars for Customer Service

I had issues trying to move my line to a new address, this went on for around a month. Note this was not at all due to an error on my part.

Contacted customer support and reached one Mikayla Reddy, little did I know at the time she would be my saving grace!

Mikayla went OUT of her way to assist me with cancelation and new order (Move request). She even had the DEV team involved to resolve my issue.

I work in customer support myself, and I can with confidence say, Mikayla would be a champion on any support team world wide. She is undoubtedly the BEST support agent I have ever had the privilege of dealing with.

I would give her more stars if possible!
