its been 6 days now without internet! they never provide ETR! the only response you get when you complain is "just live with it" non professional customer service 0 out of 10 service delivery!! been complaining now for many days but they just keep saying no ETR we Dont know!!!!! expecting a lot of possitive posts after mine saying that its best isp in the world!
