I made an online booking for 13H00 at Home Affairs Cresta. I was still waiting at 14H30 and then i left. Meeter Greeter lady was rude when i asked what number i was in the queue after waiting 45 minutes. Bad mannered in her attitude. She didn't explain anything properly. She also didn't tell me that my waiting number sticker was behind my ID. I was 30 numbers behind and waiting for the manager to get my number back in the queue system. Everyone refused to help me. The manager told me he was making me sit here till 3.30pm on purpose because I gave him and his staff a hard time.

Worst place to spend your day. The service is so pathetic. I understand the concept of online booking but they also accept walk in appointments. Im here to renew my passport and I've been sitting here since 7h30 this morning and im still sitting outside waiting to be called in. They only accept about 20 to 30 walk in appointments and im number 10. Numbers 1 to 5 were called in since 11h00 this morning. This is the worst service that is offered in this country and I really dont see it changing anytime soon. One of the excuses are that they are short staffed. If thats the case then why open the doors in the first place knowing how important their services are. Frustrated

I arrived at 8am, their opening time and there was a very long queue. A lady had started assigning people to 3 different queues according to what a person is there for. Upon arrival I wanted to check if I’ll be able to get assistance without a booking. She simply put her hand up and said “wait” without giving me a chance to speak.. I waited for her while she went through each person close to 50 people. When she was done I approached her again and she rudely said “ bolela le ausi oe” while walking away and pointing to another colleague standing by the door. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and rudeness of the lady, her name is Malebo.

Security guard needs to be orientation about what can be done and what cant be done at DHA, they kept telling us to go on the online platform, we showed them that it wasnt working, can we have directions, they couldn't assist past telling us to go onto the platform, he couldn't even assist us with the platform yet he wouldn't allow us to get someone who could assist

Complaint Regarding Intimidating and Unprofessional Conduct by Staff While waiting to collect our passports and IDs, a group of six of us were left unattended at the counter for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, one of the customers quietly expressed her confusion about the lack of assistance while speaking to her partner. Without any provocation, a staff member named Puleng Moagi approached her in a confrontational and intimidating manner, asking, “Do you have something you want to say?” Her tone and body language were aggressive and inappropriate for a public service environment. The entire group was visibly shocked by her behavior, which created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Ms. Moagi then proceeded to sit down, continuing to stare at the group in a manner that felt intentionally intimidating. This experience was deeply unprofessional and unacceptable.
