Worst service ever ecet

Worst place to spend your day. The service is so pathetic. I understand the concept of online booking but they also accept walk in appointments. Im here to renew my passport and I've been sitting here since 7h30 this morning and im still sitting outside waiting to be called in. They only accept about 20 to 30 walk in appointments and im number 10. Numbers 1 to 5 were called in since 11h00 this morning.

This is the worst service that is offered in this country and I really dont see it changing anytime soon.

One of the excuses are that they are short staffed. If thats the case then why open the doors in the first place knowing how important their services are.
