Rude employee at Cresta Home Affairs

I arrived at 8am, their opening time and there was a very long queue. A lady had started assigning people to 3 different queues according to what a person is there for. Upon arrival I wanted to check if I’ll be able to get assistance without a booking. She simply put her hand up and said “wait” without giving me a chance to speak.. I waited for her while she went through each person close to 50 people. When she was done I approached her again and she rudely said “ bolela le ausi oe” while walking away and pointing to another colleague standing by the door.

I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and rudeness of the lady, her name is Malebo.
