Worst service provider ever!!

The worst customer service and experience ever. They suspended our line without notification, we called and enquired and was informed that all customers was switched over to prepaid without any communication. Was informed we can keep our line if we pay R500 which we did just to be suspended again and no1 is answering the calls. This is very frustrating, they really unprofessional and lack customer service.
