Worst Wifi Provider | Hitech Fibre Cape Town
Horrible Service. They have not set up my internet and they keep lying and saying they will get back to me but they do not. Secretary is always answering my calls and promising to get a technician out to come to my place and get it fixed but ends up not doing that. I am so annoyed with this company, too much bull and I have paid for my wifi to be connected but have nothing.

23 Jan 2020, 09:23I have been dealing with Dorothy trying to sort out my wifi for the past week now.
I am promised a call-back, which I do not get and when I do call myself I am not given any assistance, but instead am promised that the technician (who disappeared after lying ans saying he was going to fetch a part to help restore my internet) is on his way and never arrived. I have been waiting for days on end at home to sort out this but no one cares to give it any attention.
