Great and diligent
It was a rocky road in the beginning, but hitech and its owner made sure that our internet speeds were working correctly at all costs. Upgrading infrastructure at their own expense to do so. Its not now a great experience.

If you have another option, I recommend you take it.
They have a great account management system but that's pretty much where the good things end. Very poor line quality, constant network drops if it rains or is super windy the fibre line, which should be unaffected by weather, loses connection. I've opened tickets and had them closed without any action. I've been patient and tried to use them but I am on my last straw. There is also a clause where if you cancel within the first 6 months you have to pay them for them anyway. It works some of the time is all I can say. If you have no other option for fibre and LTE is too expensive then sure go with them. But as soon as another option is available I'm taking it.
