Who is manning the internet ship

I have approached hitech fiber before posting this reveiw on three occasisions allowing them to address and monitor (as recommended by their techincians visiting my apartment) my WiFi download speeds during the evenings. Last night again i had teh same problem with my (40Mbps subscription) download speed being 8Mbps and couldnt watch any program due to buffering. Today i am told their office hours are 8-5. ***. I am not getting what i pay for. How do i recover the lost benefits ever. Hitech isnt taking my problem seriously and that is evident from the response i got this morning (i Quote from Paige's response-"Kindly note our business hours are from 7h30 to 16h30 after that we will need you to call in with any queries. we have been to your unit and the speeds where perfect. How many people are connect to the internet in the evenings?") Instead looking for excuses why the speeds are not up to par , and that is clear in their response.

Definitely not the preferred response i was looking for.
