Seriously bad internet services

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Endless down time due to issues with the hardware installed in our estate. Never ending latency variations, the lines are more unstable than they are stable. If the weather is bad you can literally say goodbye to your connection. Extremely unsatisfied.
