Poor internet service and customer support.

No internet for 2 days straight. The customer service is rude. When the internet is down, they don't inform customers so you have to dig and beg for updates. When you open a ticket to ask about what's happening, they just reply with "Team still busy" and close your ticket.

Stay away from them if you are working from home or you'll have to reserve money every month for mobile data.
