NOT GETTING MY REFUND

I have been waiting for my refund since 16/05/2023. I know that some people in the same complex i stay in, received their refunds, but for some reason im not getting mine- and we all had the same issue- Wife stop working without any notice, we had to notify Hitech about the proble, they never even came back to us to tell us what is the problem or how long it will take to be fixed- if it can be fixed. Just silence. Each time I call about my refund im told they will speak to accounts- and call me back- but NO ONE ever calls me back- after numerous cals and emails sent to them- On the 5th July 2023- i spoke to a guy who said all outstanding refunds had been done, i should receive the money before Wednesday the following week. I called again this week on Monday-24/07/2023, spoke to Candice who advised she will follow up and call me back same day. Im still waiting for the call. I am at my wits end, at this rate by the time i get my refund, I will have spend just as much on my telephone costs calling them.
