Clients rude as hell

I just need to say this.... I have never in my life experience so many people that is RUDE and that is not the workers but the CLIENTS. They should be ashamed they want to complain about a company but they pay the bills late or never and they scream and shout and call people names. Honestly I feel ashamed to say the least of the way they treat a person that is trying to help them or assist them. I would not call the names but honestly before you want to say something about any company or person think of what you are letting out of your mouth.
