Great work from Brandon! Diagnosed and fixed the problem all within a matter of minutes of arriving at the apartment. Friendly and professional gent.

Please work on the customer service guys, the product is good but customer service has to be just as good, if not better. I had to contact the call centre four times which was unpleasant but Brandon came through and saved the day.
