There is a man out there with the name Mark Hendrix (this is not his real name) He claims he is the owner of 999zar or playbet333. He claims if you buy the OTT and send it to him he can successfully withdraw your funds but once you paid the deposit he only ask for more and more money you never see a sent

Please be advised that this serves as a formal complaint regarding a gaming entity called HI99. I came across this platform through adverti*****ts on Facebook. I registered, participated in the games, and won. However, the problem began when I attempted to withdraw my winnings. I was informed that I needed to first pay 10% of the winnings, which they referred to as gaming tax. When I requested the account details of the gaming authority they claimed to be regulated by, this information was not provided. Instead, I was told that my withdrawal was stopped by the NGB due to outstanding taxes if so many people get to experience the same issues. I am now approaching you as I am increasingly doubtful about the legitimacy of this platform, despite their claims of operating legally and in accordance with your guidelines. During my own checks, I also came across other individuals who experienced similar issues with the same platform, as lodged on Hello Peter. The question is how are we protected as consumers with these gaming platforms?

Hi99ZAR online casino advertised on Facebook Reels
Firstly this is an online casino advertised profusely by Facebook coming up on Reels. So yes, I don't understand that when Facebook is suppose to be META secured. Secondly, HI99ZAR is an online casino **** *****ing money from innocent people. My experience got me to me winning R42 000.00 & upon the withdrawal I was directed to speak to the VIP Manager which concluded that in order for this transaction to be completed I would need to upgrade my platform status from VIP0 to VIP1, the cost involved here was R350. But due to my withdrawal being total R40 000, he than mentioned that I needed to be VIP2 as a status to perform unlimited withdrawals. Cost involved here was another R450 thus my total financial input was R800 to receive R40 000 from my portal & than after all the investment & stress on gaining a potential lifeline to receive the money I worked for, I was than told that due to me not being VIP3 the transfer to my account won't be able to executed. Unless I pay a R1200 to activate VIP3. Such a bunch of low life, no soul, ********s that is probably going to get away with this ****, I just don't understand how Facebook can support their platform & have it advertised on the reels for everyone to see. Very disappointed as a user of Facebook & trying out a platform that stole from me. I joined HI99ZAR and was given R200 signup bonus i gambled and accumulated R3000+. I was told i need to deposit R350 to be a VIP1 member in order to withdraw. I continued playing and accumulated R10000+,my partner bpught the voucher of R350 and i deposited then the CSR tpld me to speak to the VIP manager who will assist with withdrawal. The manager explained that i need to be a VIP 2 member to withdraw and i need to deposit R450 additipnal to make it R800. I have accumulater R15 000+ and am still unable to withdraw my winnings.
