Suspicious ****

Please be advised that this serves as a formal complaint regarding a gaming entity called HI99. I came across this platform through adverti*****ts on Facebook. I registered, participated in the games, and won. However, the problem began when I attempted to withdraw my winnings.

I was informed that I needed to first pay 10% of the winnings, which they referred to as gaming tax. When I requested the account details of the gaming authority they claimed to be regulated by, this information was not provided. Instead, I was told that my withdrawal was stopped by the NGB due to outstanding taxes if so many people get to experience the same issues.

I am now approaching you as I am increasingly doubtful about the legitimacy of this platform, despite their claims of operating legally and in accordance with your guidelines. During my own checks, I also came across other individuals who experienced similar issues with the same platform, as lodged on Hello Peter. The question is how are we protected as consumers with these gaming platforms?
