I joined HI99ZAR and was given R200 signup bonus i gambled and accumulated R3000+. I was told i need to deposit R350 to be a VIP1 member in order to withdraw. I continued playing and accumulated R10000+,my partner bpught the voucher of R350 and i deposited then the CSR tpld me to speak to the VIP manager who will assist with withdrawal. The manager explained that i need to be a VIP 2 member to withdraw and i need to deposit R450 additipnal to make it R800. I have accumulater R15 000+ and am still unable to withdraw my winnings.
