Zerotel

If you have any other option, go with that one. I had Herotel before when I lived in Groblersdal and the internet was always sporadic and frequently off. We changed to a different ISP. Then I moved into a complex in Potchefstroom and I was all set to get connected with Afrihost, when I was informed I would have to use Herotel, because their equipment is already on the premises. I crossed my fingers and hoped it would be better here. It's not. R700 per month and I've spent nearly the past 24 hours without Wi-Fi. This is after lots of little blips and outages in the preceding 2 months. They keep you on hold when you call, citing 'An unusually high volume of calls'. I doubt that it's unusual. I haven't managed to speak to an agent. They manage to debit my account every month just fine though. Run into the arms of any other provider and avoid Zerotel at all costs.
